ENLIT 2025

Why you will not find printed flyers at the TALOS booth

At ENLIT Europe 2025 in Bilbao, TALOS is presenting how robotics and artificial intelligence can make photovoltaic (PV) operations safer, smarter, and more efficient.

The same mindset guides how we communicate. Instead of distributing printed flyers, we are choosing a paperless approach that reflects the project’s values and the EU’s broader sustainability goals. TALOS is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, save resources such as water, and cut operation and maintenance costs in PV plants.

By going fully digital at ENLIT we aim to:

  • Cut unnecessary paper waste and printing emissions
  • Make it easier for you to keep and share information with your team
  • Offer always up to date content about the project, our pilots, and our solutions
  • About TALOS

Tackling PV and agriculture challenges with robotics and AI

TALOS is a Horizon Europe project that responds to the rapid growth of solar PV in Europe and the need for more efficient, safe, and sustainable operations. With advanced robotics and AI, TALOS targets key tasks such as monitoring, inspection, cleaning, and vegetation management across different PV scenarios, while reducing human risk and improving performance.

  • Solutions

Robotics and AI for next generation PV operations

The TALOS portfolio includes multi robot deployment tools, human in the loop interfaces, AI based fault detection, drone supported inspection, autonomous cleaning and mowing systems, and smart agricultural monitoring tools. Together, these solutions demonstrate how robotics and AI can support technicians, reduce O&M costs, and increase the availability and reliability of PV plants.

  • Pilots

Testing TALOS in real world environments

TALOS pilots are deployed in three main PV scenarios: land based PV fields, floating PV installations, and agrivoltaic sites where energy generation and agriculture coexist. Across these pilots, TALOS is testing 24/7 inspections, human robot collaboration, and seamless robot interactions to improve performance and reduce human exposure to risky conditions.
